Dr.Pepper rebrand
Dr Pepper is a carbonated soft drink. It was created in the 1880s and first served around 1885.Dr Pepper was first nationally marketed in the United States in 1904.My objective was to update an outdated advertisement. I decided to take it step farther and updated the logo and packaging . Rebranding the soda for a more sophisticated and modern customer base.

Decision making
The old version of the ad is focused towards a white Anglo-Saxon protestant demographic (think of The Archie’s). My updated version is more inclusive. I achieved this by using the silhouettes of a variety of cultures in more dynamic poses. I updated the colour pallet by being more saturated and neutral and updated the typography with a that Font is more modern and less innocent. Because of this it’s more inviting to a new generation.
